Bien pero creo que deberían corregir los horarios de las actividades que uno puedo hacer con los niños
Me gustó la habitación y la amabilidad del personal
Que el horario de pileta climatizada para ir con niños era de 19 a 21 (horario completamente errado dado que los niños pequeños en general a las 8:30 están durmiendo) y por la mañana de 9 a 10:30 que interfiere con el desayuno. Asimismo, tampoco me gustó que el área de niños estuviera cerrada durante todo el día viernes y el sábado recién abrió a las 11:30 am.

No justifica en absoluto su precio ni las estrellas de las que presume
Lo mejor fue la amabilidad del personal y el desayuno. Bien la calefacción.
Funcionaban mal las tarjetas llave. No había alfombra para salir de la ducha; pedimos y nunca la trajeron. Tampoco funcionaba la cafetera, y nunca llegaron a cambiarla. Los colchones de resorte en regular estado. Las batas eran pequeñas y no había talle más grande. El restaurante pésimo: tanto en la comida, como en la atención y en el precio. La comida estaba cruda y fría. Tardaron mucho. Pedimos más agua y pan y nunca lo trajeron. El precio exorbitante en relación a la prestación. La piscina cubierta es demasiado pequeña para la cantidad de pasajeros. El agua de los jacuzzi estaba fría; no se podían usar.

La buena atención del personal, siempre amables y predispuestos a ayudar.- La habitación muy cómoda en su distribución y amueblamiento, la calefacción funcionaba de muy buena manera.- Es bueno que te dejen bebidas gratis en la habitación.-
los ruidos del pasillo se sentían como si estuvieran dentro de la habitación, cuando alguien pasaba se escuchaba todo. Y no es porque gritaran, sino que hay poco aislamiento. no logre que funcionara el cable, tuve que usar Netflix (con mi contraseña). cuando la habitación de al lado usaba el baño se sentía el agua correr. la ducha es muy buena, pero los productos de aseo están lejos de la canilla. la pileta del spa, al ser pequeña y al haber muchos huéspedes no pudo ser utilizada como se debería.
